Register with us

When you register with one of Letting Consultant, they will be able to propose all suitable rooms for you, depending on budget, travel time and more!

Viewing

Make sure you view the rooms you are interested in before making a booking, which requires you to pay a holding deposit!

Reference and Contract

We normally need references within 3 days and form agreement within 14 days. You will also receive how to rent guide, gas certificate, EICR, EPC.

Move in

Our team will prepare your room and an inventory clerk will carry out a ‘Check in’! Shortly after you move in, you will receive a copy of the report, also your deposit protection information.

During your stay

You are responsible for paying the rent and utility split bills, and report all repairs through Fixflo! You also have a dedicated property manager.

Move out

We will contact you about 3 months before the end of your tenancy to discuss renewal and decision need be made by 8 weeks before. After your moving out, we will get in touch within 10 days about your deposit!
