Tenancy Information

 

To rent a room with us the Tenant will be liable to pay:

Holding Deposit equivalent to 1 week's rent to reserve the room, which will be transferred to first month rent.

A Security Deposit equivalent to 5 week's rent, plus first month rent, as move in money to start the tenancy.

In addition to rental, tenant's share of electricity and gas (or heat) consumption, as specified in each individual tenancy agreement. Invoices will be sent to tenants with payment demand.

Reasonable costs if the Tenancy is terminated earlier.

Late payment fee as described in tenancy agreement.

There is no agent fee.
